Pro Ground works was created and is run by Carl David Protheroe. The company is newly established and thrives on the knowledge and expertise that is brought into it from numerous years of civil engineering and building construction projects at a managerial level, along with this is over 10 years of hands-on ground works and fencing experience. Great influence is implemented by family run business.

The company is based in the heart of wales (Ceredigion) and covers an excessive wide range of surrounding areas. From Pwllely to Pembroke and Newquay to Newport…. But by no means have we stopped there.

We aim to Satisfy and understand everyone’s needs from small domestic jobs to large scale contracts. Being a Friendly, creative and enthusiastic company we aim to work to your requirements and create designs to futureise the future and ensure you as our customer are our main priority.
